  Dark color, a very delicate nose with aromas of black fruit and toasty notes. A fruity and full-bodied palate with tannins that are already well-integrated and should soften quickly, resulting in a refined and harmonious whole

• Winemaking
• Hand-harvested, destemmed, and uncrushed, the grapes undergo a 21-day maceration in vats, followed by the completion of fermentation in oak barrels.

• Aged on lees in oak barrels for 12 months, then finished in vats for 3 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
