Terms and Conditions of Sale

Our sale prices are those indicated on this site at the time of the order. Delivery is free starting from the purchase of 12 bottles. We may change our prices depending on promotions, changes in delivery rates, or increased production costs. Prices are inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and in euros. No discount for early payment.


Payment: Credit Card or Bank Transfer

The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.


Availability:

Offers are always subject to product availability. If the ordered products are unavailable and the order is subsequently canceled, the buyer will be reimbursed as soon as possible.


Delivery:

The customer must specify the desired delivery address. The standard delivery time is approximately 7 working days. If the buyer notices a delivery delay beyond this timeframe, they should notify Domaine du Clos Roca (info.closroca@gmail.com) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will, if possible and depending on circumstances, contact the buyer for a second delivery attempt or arrange delivery to the nearest pickup point.


Retention of Ownership:

We retain ownership of the goods supplied until full payment is received, in accordance with law no. 80-335 of May 12, 1980.
