Meet the Team
Nicolas
He's the conductor of the estate. With an agri/oeno engineering background, after 8 years as purchasing director in a Languedoc wine company, Nicolas joined the Dubernet Laboratories as a consulting oenologist to connect commerce (wine profiles) and production (wine making). Advisor to Clos Roca since 2013, he took over its management in 2023. His vision? To produce organic wines sustainably and make them accessible to as many people as possible.
Thomas
Behind his oenologist’s qualification lies an unquenchable passion for wine that drives him every day. A figure of warmth and joie de vivre in the winery, Thomas combines exacting standards with enthusiasm in crafting every cuvée. Deeply committed, he applies his scientific and technical expertise to the service of the estate.
Jean-Mi
The estate’s Swiss army knife! He's an expert when it comes to the cellar and wine preparation, and he takes care of it every day.
JP
Equally at ease in the vines or the cellar, his past experience as a wine producer is a huge asset for the team! You’ll usually find him in the vineyard, on a tractor or between rows of vines, making sure nothing is lacking.
Joséphine
A passionate oenologist, she energetically juggles administrative, logistical, and sales-related tasks. And when the pace picks up in the cellar, she never hesitates to roll up her sleeves and lend a hand, ensuring that bottles and pallets are dispatched as efficiently as a finely orchestrated "grand cru".
Hélène
A trained oenologist, after experience in production and consulting, she joined the estate in 2023. Having worked in every role—cellar, administration, bottling—she now manages communications and ensures smooth operations by guaranteeing the entire team can work effectively.
