  • Dark robe, delicate nose with aromas of red fruits, raspberry, and blackcurrant. A delicate palate with silky tannins, very supple, presenting a balanced and harmonious whole with a Rhône Valley accent.

  • Short maceration, 3 to 5 days, then alcoholic fermentation finishes without the cap. As soon as malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and fined to soften the tannins, the aim being to obtain a very supple wine on the palate.
