Ruby red in color, this natural wine boasts a remarkably pure, fruity nose. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and full-bodied, with notes of black cherry and spice. The wine is round, spicy, and easy to drink. A beautiful finish of white pepper completes the look.

Predominantly Mourvèdre, between 65% and 85% depending on the vintage, and 35% to 15% Grenache Noir.

The vineyard has been managed biodynamically since 2007.
- Winemaking
- The grapes are hand-harvested, semi-whole, and uncrushed. Fermentation lasts 3 to 4 weeks with temperature control (below 28°C). Gentle extraction is employed.

Aged in tanks on fine lees for 8 months.
Vinified and bottled without added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered. SO2 content < 10mg/l
